Rains offers a 30-day return policy on all orders, allowing you to return unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging for a full refund. We strive to make our return process as seamless as our Scandinavian design aesthetic.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original shipping bag or a similar protective box, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 14 days of arriving at our warehouse.
